Im so sick of not being able to draw

I have a million things in my head i want to draw, but everytime i try i cant even get the basic shapes right. I know whats wrong with the picture but no matter how hard i try its like my hand wont respond and do it the right way. I've tried sketching, painting, sculpting and digital art but my hands wont do what i want them too, they just shake and feel weak.

And my computer is fked up and thats pissing me off too, cus when i cant draw i usually sit at the comp, but now i cant do anything i feel like doing cus nothing works.
